Ambassadors Competed on Huashan Mountain
On May 22, sponsored by Tiens Group, the Ambassadors Climbing Huashan Mountain Event was held ceremoniously on a sunny day.
More than 60 ambassadors, counselors and their retinues, from Nepal, Mongolia, South Korea, Moldova, Romania, Indonesia, Japan, US, Italy, Singapore, Ukraine, Afghanistan etc., participated in the activity.
At 8:30 in the morning, participants started off from north peak of Huashan Mountain, rushing to the 2,160 meter south peak. Also called the West Mountain, Huashan Mountain is well-known for its ruggedness, where paths are winding and steep with sharp cliffs on both sides. Nobody seemed afraid as they all marched courageously following the TIENS flags fluttering in the wind, and marveling at the awesome sights of Huashan Mountain. At around 12 o’clock, many foreign friends had reached the peak.
An Evening Party & Awarding Ceremony was held at night. President Yan Yupeng awarded prizes to the winners.
