Many of seventy women cadres from the State Ethnic Affairs Commission of P.R.C and the western minority areas said, “Couldn’t imagine that TIENS is so successful,” after visiting TIENS workshops and the Tianshi College on October 18.

Tiens Group always takes public welfare services and charity as its social responsibilities. President Li Jinyuan, who has been titled “a good man hardly to be found with a golden light” by people from minority areas, established a team with strong ethical family ties and an exceptional corporate culture. President Li frequently appeared among the minority people: going up to Qing-zang Highland to visit the elderly, helping to dig wells and build schools in Lhasa and Hetian, and donating money in Kashi…. Wherever he went, he always carried his love and care, and brought back the sentiment of brotherhood and family affections from the minority people. “Should all the trees on Tianshan Mountain were made into pencils, and the water in Tianchi Lake were turned into ink, it would still not be enough to express our gratitude to you,” The performers from Xinyu Uigur Song & Dance Troop sang praises to President Li and Tiens Group.

At the welcoming ceremony, Ms. Bai Ping, Director and Assistant President of Tiens Group, made a speech on behalf of Tiens Group. The representative of minority delegation presented President Li with local gifts and a banner.

At noon, President Li held a luncheon in Yinshi Hotel for guests that sang and danced to thank to Tiens Group.

Madame Saliman, Former Director of Xinjiang Education Ministry and wife of Vice Chairman of the NPC Ismail Amat, Madame Zou Yali, Director of Asian-American Studies Center of Houston University, and Ms. Zheng Yushun, Director of China Minority Woman Research Center, accompanied by the leaders of Tianjin Ethnic Affairs Commission, also visited TIENS Group.
