China College Education Assistance Programme
On January 25, the China College Education Assistance Programme, sponsored by TIENS Group, jointly conducted by China Women and Children Development Center and Beijing-USA College of English, was launched at the Henderson Center in Beijing.
The China College Education Assistance Programme engages to solve the problem of tuition fee for poor university students, and help them on the issue employment. This Programme relies on philanthropic families, enterprises and firms in Beijing, while the National Women’s Federation at every level helps to select or recommend students from poor families who are of excellent conduct and academic achievements. China Women and Children Development Center arranges part-time jobs for these students and thus help them to complete their studies.
Beholding the belief of “Contributing to Society by Restoring Health to Mankind”, TIENS Group sponsored this activity. For a long time, TIENS Group has received much praises from the society for its zeal in public welfare, devoting to help poor people out of their poverty.
