Conference with PHARCO Group on the strategic cooperation

On November 20, 2006, Tiens Group and PHARCO Group held a conference on strategic cooperation on healthcare products at PHARCO Center in Alexandria, Egypt. Mr. Han Fusen, Vice President of Tiens Group and General Manager of the Global Research and Development Center, the President of TIENS African Branch, the General Manager of the Northeast Branch and leaders from Africa attended this conference.

On behalf of PHARCO, Dr. Sherine, Vice President of PHARCO and the conference chairman, warmly welcomed TIENS’ representatives. Dr. Sherine said that he was glad to invite Tiens Group to discuss extending strategic cooperation on healthcare products soon after his participating in the Sino-African Cooperation Forum with President Hosni Mubarak. The Sino-African Cooperation Forum, which concluded just a few days before with spectacular achievements, came at the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Egypt this year. Since China and Egypt both hoped to continue to expand trade cooperation in many areas, this cooperation between the two Groups was an opportunity for increased understanding and cooperation between two parties. PHARCO hoped to cooperate with international enterprises like Tiens Group, and expressed confidence that Tiens Group would realize its strategic target of Global Top 500 soon.

Mr. Li Jinyuan visited Lt. General U Min Shui of the Burma Government

During his stay in Burma for the grand opening ceremony of the TIENS Burma branch, Tiens Group President Li Jinyuan paid a visit to Lieutenant General U Min shui of the Burma military government at the former Prime Minister’s House in Rangoon at 6 p.m. on November 17, 2006.

During the meeting, President Li introduced the history of global development of Tiens Group and its conceptual plan in Burma. General U warmly welcomed President Li, and expressed his interest in TIENS’ development in Burma. General U said that he would liaise with governmental departments to fully support TIENS’ development in various fields in Burma.

President Li presented a flying Golden Lion to General UFurthermore, General U also expressed his hope that TIENS could invest in power and natural resources in Burma. He thanked TIENS for its development in Burma which eased the country’s unemployment problem, and congratulated the opening of TIENS Burma branch. General U offered best wishes that TIENS will achieve unprecedented success in Burma.

After the meeting, President Li presented a traditional Tianjin Yangliuqing New Year Painting and a flying Golden Lion to General U, and then he and his delegation took a photo with General U.

First Chinese enterprise to be a highlight of Eiffel Tower

Night scene of the Eiffel Tower. The Cosmetics Press Conference was held on the 1st floor.On the evening of November 6, 2006 (Paris Time), Tiens Group launched the TIENS FrenChic & Aprotie Press Conference at the Eiffel Tower.

Symbolizing the first China’s homemade products to be sold on the French cosmetics market, the cosmetics press conference was launched successfully, and was attended by Mr. Han Tiecheng, Minister Counselor of the Economic and Commercial Counselor’s Office of the Chinese Embassy in France, Mr. Yan Yupeng, Vice-President of Tiens Group, and Mr. Han Fusen, Vice-President of Tiens Group.

In accordance with the latest fashion in the autumn and winter in 2006, Tiens Group customized 345 kinds of cosmetics for women with different skin tones and needs across the globe.

TIENS Vice-President Yan Yupeng welcomed the guests on behalf of President Li Jinyuan and pointed out that it was the first time a Chinese company had held a professional event at the Eiffel Tower. He marked Tiens Group’s entry into the global cosmetics market, promising that TIENS cosmetics would be launched from Paris to the rest of Europe and across the globe.

Mr. Han Fusen, Vice-President of Tiens Group, announced that the launch of cosmetic products into the French market broke four records of TIENS: the most product variety, the best quality, the most variation and the fastest production, unprecedented in the history of TIENS’ R&D history.

At 7 pm, the fashionable French Hip Hop dance performance started warming up the modeling show at the press conference. After the performance, the cosmetics show began formally. When the golden spotlight beamed onto the center of the T-Stage, and while the large screens on both sides revealed the magic of FrenChic and Aprotie, models wearing FrenChic and Aprotie walked onto the stage one after another, and showed off their beautiful day and evening make-up to the guests.

In the middle of the stage, a senior makeup artist demonstrated on the spot and when the transformed model walked up to the T-Stage, it brought the show to a climax. A charming singer in an exquisite outfit came on the stage and sang a song, popular with the French attendees, with her dulcet singing and the show ended with her heavenly melody.

Supported by Europe Region Vice-President and elite managers as well as TIENS France, assisted by Parfum D’ Image Group — the FrenChic and Aprotie supplier, and coordinated by PARTI PRIS, the event organizer and ASSOGES, the agency of the event, the TIENS Marketing Center and R&D Center carefully prepared for the press conference. The press conference was attended by the leaders from the Chinese Embassy in France, French VIVA Finance International and Foundation Charles de Gaulle, and reporters of prominent French TV stations, newspapers and magazines.

Forum on Strategic Development

On November 6, 2006, the Forum on Strategic Development between TIENS and Partners was held at Tiens Group. “Work together, Share together, Win together” as our tenet, we gathered for friendly interaction, and to discuss the development of mutual strategic partnership and cooperation.

This forum attracted the attendance of over 120 participants from more than 50 world-famous manufacturers, including Bosch, MediSeal, Ima, Daifuku, Carrier and Trane,. The cooperation are related to healthcare products, commodities, cosmetics, instruments and medical devices.

Prior to this forum, all partners visited TIENS Exhibition Hall with interest. They praised highly of Tiens Group’s outstanding achievements for the last 11 years, and admired President Li Jinyuan for his success. After visiting, President Li Jinyuan and senior executives took group photos with all the suppliers.

Forum on Strategic Development

The Forum on Strategic Development between TIENS and Partners was held promptly on the 5th floor at the Silver Lion Hotel.

First of all, Mr. Wu Yiqun, Vice-President of Tiens Group, expressed the warmest welcome and heartfelt thanks to the partners who were invited to the forum.

Subsequently, President Li Jinyuan introduced to the strategic partners TIENS’ founding history in the past and its development strategy in the future for about an hour. As President Li said, the booming TIENS is benefited from an environment conducive to development created by the government and a healthy progress. More importantly, we gathered an excellent management team, surmounted the many difficulties and obstacles and innovated unceasingly. In China TIENS developed into a holding company within two years and four months. Presently the marketing channel extended to over 190 countries and regions through its branches or subsidiaries established by Tiens Group in 104 countries and regions. As we launched the New Swap and Alternative Theory resulted from “Three-Network Integration” and “Six-Network Interaction”, built the logistics base in six global regions and TIENS Yihai Health Industrial Park in Shanghai, as well as initiated the “TIENS International Health Industrial Park”, “All-in-One Card”, “New Supermarket” and “International Travel” projects, Tiens Group would realize the goal of entering the Global Top 500. The TIENS International Health Industrial Park was an integrated industrial park consisted of product R&D, medium-sized test incubation, manufacturing production, and international logistics, marketing, training and travel. President Li Jinyuan’s sonorous speech brought the atmosphere of the meeting to a climax.

Mr. Wang Chun, Vice-President of Tiens Group & General Manager of Project Management Center presented the layout and schedule of TIENS International Health Industrial Park. The TIENS International Health Industrial Park would be planned, designed and built based on the international standard and philosophy as well as the fine essence of eastern and western architectural traditions. The park would reflect the philosophy of production automation, warehouse stereovision, modernization, humanization, ecotype, environmental friendly, garden architecture, and globalization.

Executive Director of TIENS Global Procurement & Trade Center presented the procedures for facilities bidding and purchasing to strategic partners which is one of the important tasks of developing the health industrial park. This bidding involved a number of projects, however we would strictly comply with the procedures of TIENS purchasing and bidding to ensure everyone interact and cooperate fairly, justly and openly.

On hearing of President Li’s speech, Mr. Jens Mack, Vice-President of Bosch, said excitedly that he was impressed by the rapid growth of TIENS and moved by the sincerity of Tiens Group. He also echoed TIENS’ pursue of development and innovation, and the support for social charitable causes. Finally, he said that he cherished the valuable chance to cooperate and develop side by side with Tiens Group.

Mr. Thomas Terranova, General Manager of MediSeal Asia Pacific, who spoke in Chinese, said that he sincerely wished to seek cooperation with President Li Jinyuan and other leaders through MediSeal’s sachet packaging lines and aluminum plastic packaging lines. This made leaders of Tiens Group felt the sincerity of Mr. Thomas Terranova from the distant Germany.

Mr. Ma Zhilong, Sales Director of China Region of Daifuku (Shanghai) Co., Ltd expressed his sincere thanks to President Li Jinyuan for his kind invitation. He hoped that as the global logistics leading integrator and key logistics equipment provider, Daifuku would be able to work with Tiens Group on the TIENS International Health Industrial Park. He expressed his sincere wishes for the successful construction of TIENS International Health Industrial Park soon.
