The Honor of 2007 Best Employer BrandOn Oct. 20, 2007, “The Fourth Chinese HR Management Annual Ceremony and 2007 Chinese HR Annual Award Presentation Ceremony” was held in Yingjie Communication Center in Beijing University grandly. More than 200 entrepreneurs, experts and government officials throughout the nation attended the conference sponsored by “Business Comment of Beijing University”, International HR Management Association as well as “Career” magazine of National Labor & Social Security Department. Such awards as 2007 Best Employer in China, Man of the year of 2007 for HR in China and 2007 Annual Top 10 Employers in China were announced in the ceremony.

Tianjin Tianshi Group Co., Ltd. received the honor of the 2007 “Best Employer” in China along with other 15 corporations.

What’s more, President Li received the honor of “Best Entrepreneur With Social Responsibility in China” out of more than 500 candidates.

Tiens Group won high recognition from academia and business community with leading concept and practical action of “employer brand internationalization”. Professors and government officials from International HR Management Association, National Labor & Social Security Department, Beijing University and Capital Economic and Trade University made a compliment to Tiens Group.

Tiens Group ranked first in “Best Employer Blue Book” with undoubted status and grade. The objective theoretical research and outcome of the “blue book” fit in with the actual case of TIENS quite well, displaying fully the grace of global enterprise and important achievements of TIENS in respect of performing corporate duties and establishing employer brand. TIENS will become a nonesuch of Chinese enterprises to go to the world and a model of the industry.

Since the employer brand concept was put forward in 1990s, its knowledge system and operating mode has been recognized and accepted by more and more multinationals and put to use fully.

Employer brand construction not only built a bridge between HR management and marketing, but enhanced company’s cohesion and competitive strength. And employer brand played a significant part in improving employee’s loyalty, sense of attribution and honor during the course of recruitment, training and career development.

With the arrival of globalization competition and knowledge economy era, human resources become the basis of corporate competitive edge increasingly.
